- Understand the project’s business goals, the users, and their tasks- Understand learners' motivation and behavior and work with cross-functional teams such as Product Design, Product Management, and Product Development-UX/UI Prototypes and conduct usability testing

- Collaborate with the design team to develop UX/UI design concepts and solutions that align with user needs, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma, effectively translating UX wireframes into visually engaging UI designs.- Work closely with the Development team to ensure a smooth handoff of design assets, providing clear and detailed specifications, style guides, and design documentation.

Camp Hawk is Lehigh's version of summer camp for first-year students after classes have already started. I am taking on the role as a Camp Hawk Counselor, who is responsible for leading activities and discussion and serves as a resource for students as they navigate their transition.

I am a part of the American Reads America Counts Program organized by Community Service Office at Lehigh University. This federally funded program is geared towards increasing the reading and math proficiency of America’s youth in elementary and middle schools. Lehigh University has been a part of the America Reads program since 1997 and the America Counts program since 1999.

Lehigh Launch is an experiential, integrative learning experience for intellectually curious and independent students. My friend and I found Let's Do It Binh Thuan, a non-profit organization with the mission of spreading environmental awareness to youth and residents in Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan. In the past two years, we held many clean-up and fundraising events as well as the 2019 World Clean-Up Day with the particpation of 100 high school students and workers.

In high school senior year, I worked part time as a teaching assistant for an English Language Center in my town. I worked ten hours per week and took care of different tasks including preparing lesson slides, grading tests, working with foreign teachers to plan out lectures, and monitoring B1-B2 level classes. The experience was a rich learning opportunity for me to improve my public speaking skill, time management, and collaboration with different people. Through assisting and interacting with my students, I found a deep bond with teaching which gave me time and space to connect and understand my surrounding people.

I self-studied some Adobe softwares and got familiar with Adobe Illustrator, which I discovered my strong interest in crafting lines and colors to create graphics that helped me express my imagination and desire for storytelling. I learned and evaluated my skills in graphic design by helping various non-profit organizations in Viet Nam with branding and marketing.
