Accounts Manager
Current• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to report to the Principal• Provide assistance to Project Managers with job cost analyses and budget preparation• Provide assistance to staff with state agency permitting• Prepare and submit Reimbursement Requests to the State• Reconcile monthly bank statements• Process employee timesheets for payroll• Oversee and support accounts payable• Oversee and support accounts receivable • Assist outsourced CPA in government audits and taxes
