MOOPILs stands for Massive Open Online Professional Individualized Learning. This program was co-funded by Office of English Language Acquisition (OELA), Investing in Innovation (I-3), Education, Innovation and Research (EIR), Supporting Effective Educator Development (SEED) and the National Science Foundation (NSF) grants. v: implemented Top-Class' research-based Educational Professional Development program designed to build school leader and teacher capacity

Start-up and organizational enhancement of the first Trampoline Park in West Africa, tasked to deliver an environment of safety, efficiency, and profitability that focused on providing the community's children with a five-star space to increase their physical and mental well-being through play and evidenced-based programs.Plan, coordinated, and oversaw the execution of UPBEAT Centre’s goals, strategies, and day-to-day operations, taking the start-up from proof of concept to the growth and profitability stage.
