This ambitious project aims to establish a distinguished research and design university, housing multiple centers of excellence in cutting-edge fields of science and technology.Outlined below are my specific responsibilities:-Developed fully integreted project schedules for 23 Structures, including the infrastructure and buildings-Responsible for project updates and monthly progress reports, schedule forecasts and updates with impact of changes.-Maintaining communication with the Project team, cost controller, and project team to track trends and evaluate their effects on the project.-Making sure everyone on site who is important understands the deadlines, milestones, and finish date by distributing schedules to them.-Relationship-building with key project personnel-Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.-Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.-Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
