- Reported directly to CEO on all operations and growth of Elephant & Castle and State & Main brands in the US and Ontario.- Opened first 5 State & Main locations in Ontario. Hired after acquisition of Elephant & Castle brand to help re-energize brand. Analyzed all aspects of operations of a tired British Pub and made sweeping changes that included brand new food and beverage menus, new uniforms, updated marketing materials and ultimately started renovation of stores.

Original Food and Beverage Director for Morgans Hotel Group's first boutique hotel in Boston. Hired as part of executive committee for the hotel and involved with concept creation, design and development of all F&B in hotel including restaurant/bar, banquets and room service.-Worked closely with SVP of Food and Beverage to develop Woodward, a one of a kind tavern and classic cocktail bar. -Recruited and trained some of the top talent in Boston for extensive bar program with the help of Dale Degroff, Simon Ford, John Lermayer, Wlliy Shine and others.-Developed a hugely successful cocktail competition called "Cocktail Wars" similar to Iron Chef but with bartenders competing to make the best cocktail with mystery ingredients in 30 min.-Started a relationship with local alternative music radio station WFNX to put together a series of live acoustic sessions called "Ames Session" where artists such as Mumford & Sons, Courtney Love, Teagan & Sara, Band of Horses, and Airborne Toxic Event performed in front of small audiences in the hotel.-In charge of all budgeting, forecasting, and P&L review with ownership.Also assisted with reconcepting and new restaurant opens in other hotels within MHG including, Delano, Shore Club and Mondrian in Miami and Hudson, Royalton and Mondrian in NYC.

Supported Martignetti Companies high-end restaurant and hotel accounts in Greater Boston Area. Worked with top 50 accounts on activation of LVMH wine, champagne and spirits brands through staff and sales force training, events, marketing and promotions. Was able to achieve great traction during extremely tough economic times by relying on experience as buyer and strong relationships with peers in the industry.

Opening General Manager for this bustling French Brasserie in Boston's South End. Involved with ownership group from concept to reality on all aspects including design, food and beverage menu development and marketing. Oversaw the hiring and training of all initial management and staff for 150 seat restaurant/bar and RTE cafe. Able to achieve high profitability through cost control and efficient systems quickly after opening.

Took over popular tourist restaurant/bar attached to Emporio Armani on Boston's famous Newbury Street as a first time General Manager. During my tenure the restaurant reached highest sales and profitability. Focused on recruiting and developing talented managers and staff that resulted in very low turnover and great stability. Left to open new project with same ownership group.
