As a Recruitment Coordinator, I supported the recruitment team with timely scheduling and coordination of recruitment activities, whilst recording all these activities in the ATS. This role also allowed me to manage clear communication with candidates and the interview panel during the process and after, to ensure high quality candidate experience. I learnt new management skills each day, working alongside recruiters to streamline and improve the recruitment processes. Moreover, it was an enriching and exciting experience to be a part of such an employee-centric space where everyone is focused on Creating Extraordinary Impact together and being Cultural, Diverse & Inclusive at the same time.

At Accenture, I got the opportunity to be a part of the UK and Ireland Onboarding Team as an HR Service Delivery Associate. Worked closely alongside the operations team in Accenture - Mumbai and performed tasks and activities in order to deliver a seamless onboarding experience to the new-joiners overseas.

Joined this company as a fresher/grad. Gained quite a lot of hands-on experience with Full-Cycle Recruitment using various interview techniques, online channels and evaluation methods. Screened, Sourced and Hired candidates for contractual as well as permanent requirements. Built an effective talent pipeline by sourcing the right talent through channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com & Social Media platforms.
