• Coordinating with quarry, process and maintenance department and providing information of maintenance work according to the report of first level inspection conducted by team member.
• Listing of jobs to be done during Preventive maintenance of machines and distributing jobs among the team mates according to their expertise to improve productivity and reduce stoppage.
• Developing team members by knowledge sharing and arranging process and safety training.
• Conducting performance appraisal of team members and setting their next year’s objectives and recommend promotions according their achievements.
