With a view to Improving the MNH indicators of Rangpur, my role is to providing strategic, operational and technical guidance and lead policy level advocay

• Contributed in planning, policy making & inception of new ideas for sustainability of overall health programs including MNCAH initiatives of the organization & play central role to implement new health strategies.• Led the overall COVID-19 emergency response activities of the Organization including regular collaboration with DGHS regarding operation of a COVID-19 dedicated hospital• Overtook responsibility on building effective partnership with Ministry of Local Government, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, & other development partners as well as private health care facilities for proper implementation of EU-Health & Nutrition project• Played central role in identifying areas of implementing new projects of preventive health programs, raised funds through writing proposals & bidding & developed detailed implementation plans of those projects through field staffs & led those health based projects• Developed disaster response, humanitarian crisis & safeguarding strategy of the organization, developed project proposals, designed & implemented disaster response & humanitarian response projects in coastal areas as well as in Cox’s Bazar to support the FDMNs• Managed collaborative relationship with multiple international & national donors, DGHS/DGFP & other stakeholders in terms of planning, monitoring, quality assurance & regular reporting of the health initiatives of the organization• Ideated & conducted background & market analysis, formulated, piloted & rolled out of enterprise model health initiatives & contributed in developing plans for sustainability & nationwide scaling• Provided necessary technical input in developing capacity building session plans, manual/guideline development, rolling out plan of the sessions along with time to time update of guidelines based on WHO & national guidelines in order to ensure SBCC activities with special attention on Maternal, child & adolescent health & nutrition issues

• Worked closely with Directorate General of Health Services to develop outbreak containment strategies, including development of case definitions, tools & framework for EWARS to prevent infectious disease to spread rapidly• Gathered information to assess health situation & notice public health priorities through active participation in mapping of health posts/ PHCs/ Field hospitals, conduct quality assessment of them with standardized checklist, random zone wise household visits in the settlements of Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Citizens• Conducted Active Surveillance of morbidity & mortality data of Government Health Facilities of Cox’sBazar, Ukhiya & Teknaf & thus actively participated in detection, verification & confirmation of outbreaks through EWARS• Conducted outbreak investigation of accidental haloperidol ingestion, suspected measles & Acute Jaundice Syndrome etc. by following standard operating procedures under guidance of TL-WHE• Ensured serum sample collection from suspected measles & Acute Jaundice Syndrome (AJS) cases & monitored sample transportation to NPML & IEDCR respectively & disseminated findings to higher authorities• Established liaison with local authorities & ensured linkages from community, health facility, district to national level through repeated meetings, reports etc. as guided• Actively planned, designed & conducted several capacity building sessions with partner organizations to encourage them to report suspected outbreaks from their health facilities to EWARS system, assessed effectiveness of standardized disease case definitions on the ground through random monitoring of health posts in the settlements• Prepared and submitted outbreak investigation & other reports as assigned to Incident Manager
