I'm a Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in Maritime labour, Operations, Real Estate, and Hospitality industries. A graduate of MCIT in the Business Analyst and Reporting program where I studied after 1 year as an Operations Manager. I also have 2 years experience in Customer Service and Retail as well as a background in general maintenance work.My previous position as an Operations Manager included day to day operations of Flatbook (now Sonder) as well as the Community Manager overseeing 75+ tenants in Montreal. As acting landlord for 30+ apartments, I was in charge of rent collection, maintenance, and other general administrative work. I pride myself on my work ethic and focus on results. I lead by example and motivate others around me to work with a high level of energy. While I enjoy working in autonomous situations, I consider myself a team player, building and growing off the ideas of my coworkers. I have completed a diploma at MCIT in Business Intelligence and Reporting as well as 2 years undergrad in Accounting at Concordia.
