- Management of Customer Relationships with Senior employee of Aero Engine manufacturer- Project Management of Technical Work Packages, developing and delivering complex CMM programs for the Validation of Measurement Systems designed to verify Safety Critical Rotating (Aero Engine) Components, NGV’s, Assemblies & Marine component’s- Creation of Technical Instructions, Quality documents & Inspection planning for use by Aero Engine manufacturers Inspection Staff- Development of Measurement Systems for components, from New Product Introduction stage through to full Production – PPAP, FAIRS, Inspection Standards, CCF identification etc.,- Customer/Supplier onsite quality audit in event of Inspection process optimization and report submission- Aide in inspection process improvements through different methodology to streamline inspection processes - Perform risk analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), corrective/preventative actions (CAPA) and process verifications- Working with different customer by proving out pilot project and getting the offshore business- Support project management activities like Proposal, Estimation, SoW- Prepare task check lists, Work Instructions, BP’s and SOP’s- Support team on Inspection methodology, CMM programming, GD&T and drawing related queries- Offshore team management and technical review of all deliverables - Collaborate with team and customer during technical discussion- Hire and build offshore team to support the projects - Deliver trainings to the new joiners and prepare training documents- Manage, mentor, and delegate objectives to team members to assume their ownership towards the committed projects, prioritize activities and future projects

- Develop and maintain numerous quality documents including: Inspection reports, certificates of compliance, Check lists and process work instructions- Perform risk analysis, Statistical Process Controls (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA)and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)- Focus to customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, corrective/preventative actions (CAPA)- Vendor development, supply chain management and audit- Inspection planning, First Article Inspection Report compilation (FAIR)- Metrology Room, Research and Development activities- Creation of CMM programs for production, New product Introduction and R & D components, reverse engineering- Perform various quality checks like visual and measurable quality inspections on a production line- Support operators during CMM measurements, report verification and resolve technical queries- New Gauge planning, design and procurement- Monitor and control Instruments/Gauge calibration internally and through outside calibration vendors
