As Jt. GM (Admn.)/RITES have been responsible for* Contract management and execution for providing security services for office and residential premises of RITES in Delhi NCR.* Procurement of office automation machines (photocopiers, computers, printers, etc.), office stationery and furniture items, etc.* Printing contracts for Annual Reports, New Year Diaries, Desk Calendars and other contingent printing works.* Disposal of scrap including e-waste as prescribed under the E-Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2012.* Event management, such as RITES Annual Day, Sports Day and Clients’ Meet.

As Dy. General Manager (Admn.) responsible for* Contract management and execution for setting up of Access Control System.* Imaging & Surveillance Systems to check unauthorized entry/exit in/from office premises.* Contract management and execution of ERP systems for personnel management and accounting systems.

As Manager (Admn.) responsibilities include * Contract management and execution of physical verification system for office assets.* Management of RITES guest houses.* Coordination with visiting high level business delegations from francophone countries, escorting them, organizing conferences including translation and interpretation in French/English/French languages.

As Secretary responsible for providing complete secretarial assistance to the Group General Manager (Admn.).
