Leading workProject: Modeling turbulence in the atmospheric boundary layer using an unsupervised model-based machine learning method.* I developed an application-specific machine learning method as evidenced by a cross-functional collaboration with another researcher and the resulting peer-reviewed publication.* I applied my ML method to wind data using a strategic model optimization cycle. The result was the estimation of 50 different models and the subsequent elaboration of a scalable surrogate model with high information compression.* Combining and implementing my surrogate model with existing predictive methods to introduce new concepts for modeling a stably stratified atmospheric boundary layer.

Guided workProject: Data analysis of the atmospheric boundary layer through the application of statistical clustering methods.* Apply classification and data analysis methods to identify trends and draw conclusions, as demonstrated in 2 peer-reviewed publications.* Development of data processing programs for systematic unification and organization of analysis algorithms, which led to a data processing tool. * Worked on visualization and data interpretation using various methods in cross-functional collaboration with other researchers, resulting in the publication of 47 peer-reviewed figures. * Worked on the design and implementation of synthetic turbulent inflow conditions for flow simulation software. The resulting collaboration with my supervisor resulted in the renewal of my funding.

* I worked as a translator, communicating with sales and technical teams on the subject of high-voltage switchgear.* I have gained knowledge of the structure, working/communication principles, goals and methods of a large company.

* I worked on the development of a control system for an aeroacoustic two-shaft compressor test rigby collecting, interpreting, and communicating technical information about control and measurement electronics. This work resulted in my bachelor's thesis.* I have programmed a module in C++ for a larger calculation software, as the development of an optimized XML data transfer interface shows.* I worked on the aeroacoustic compressor test rig and supported a project on noise reduction using the manufactured flow control components.
