Marketing And Events Coordinator
Current- Responsible for the planning, organization, coordination and execution of multiple events simultaneously throughout the year. Events may include, but are not limited to, trade shows, conferences, webinars, VIP Customer events (Bell Center), etc.;- Work with leaders, sales team, partners and vendors to establish the needs of each event and serve as the MarCom point of contact for internal contacts throughout the planning process;- Initiate kick-off meetings with appropriate team members to establish event goals, budget, timelines and attendance;- Manage and provide ongoing communication with event attendees and the logistics team to ensure a smooth process;- Identify needs for each event and manage requests for any graphics or marketing materials required: booth design, marketing collateral, lead generation tool, promotional items, videos, evites, supporting visuals for social media posts, etc.;- Responsible for completing necessary documentation including contracts, event registration, deposits, badges, etc.;- Ensure contractual deadlines are met and invoices are paid on time; Maintain cost control for each event to stay within the set budget;- Nurture and build relationships with internal and external clients, partners, vendors, suppliers, attendees, sponsors and other stakeholder;- Work with the Product Director and Logistic department to identify and ship equipment to events;- Ensure photos are taken and collected during events to generate content creation and deployment for various channels including social media, eblasts, blogs, etc.;- Utilize surveys and interviews to determine the success of the event in a post-mortem report and make recommendations to the management on how to improve in the future;- Assist the Director of Brand & Communication in the development and management of the events calendar;- Other marketing and event related duties as assigned.
