Has been on various Instructional assignments of Defence Officers (including senior Foreign Defence Officers) for 25 years.Commanded a strategic long range Artillery (Missiles and UAVs) Brigade and was specially selected to command a Counter insurgency Sector ( General Cadre) in Kashmir. Held the prestigious post as Brigadier in charge of the Indian Army’s UN Peacekeeping Department in Ministry of Defence, New Delhi. Selected by the Public enterprises Selection Board, to be the Managing Director of a INR 500 crores Public Sector Undertaking Plant. Simultaneously got selected by the United Nations to work in New York. Joined The UN, visited many UN Peacekeeping Missions in different countries as part of duties and wrote a training Book for the UN.
