As an architect and project manager with over 14 years of experience, I have steered numerous construction and renovation projects, alongside managing urban design and interior architecture projects. My creative journey has also led me to theater scenic design, movie sets, and advertising, further enriching my innovative approach.Recently, I completed a 6-month project at the Digital Society School (HvA), where I contributed as a Digital Transformation Designer. This role enhanced my ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying Agile methodology and adapting to Dutch working culture. My journey led me to deepen my knowledge of Agile methodology, ultimately achieving PSM I certification. Additionally, I oversaw critical tasks, including site selection, function definition, feasibility studies, architectural direction, contractor selection, and procurement, successfully completing the entire renovation project in just 83 days.The project involved renovating a 250-square-meter space, adding a 187-square-meter extension (featuring a black box hall and a courtyard bookstore), and landscaping over 1,000 square meters—all within a $120,000 budget.
