With TMS Fashions Pvt Ltd as a “Sr. QA Manager” to manage & handle Knits, Woven & Leather Production & Quality start from sampling till shipment for Brand “Esprit"I was responsible for Vendor Evaluation, Quality Control Audits (AQL Standards), Compliance audits and Final Inspections and also monitoring technical approvals on Fabrics, PROTO, SMS, PPS and SEALER SAMPLES.

Owning this Garment Factory, I was responsible for the whole business operations. I was specialized in Marketing & Manufacturing Woven Garments start from sampling till shipments. I had myself been a master in pattern making, cutting & production areas. I had not appointed Experienced Masters & Managers. Instead, I had trained freshers and created them as supervisors, masters & managers.It was a nice & great manufacturing experience for me with JV CLOTHING. Sad, that I missed my company.

I was the first Employee of “COLUMBIA SPORTSWEAR COMPANY” when it started its office in India in 1994. I joined as “Quality Controller”-Wovens. This was the company where I grew myself as a fully fledged Apparel Professional improving interpersonal & extrovert skills and vendor rapports.

Joined as Management Trainee for -Wovens. Within a month I was promoted as Asst.PM by seeing my practical exposures as mentioned below.I am self-experienced in pattern making, cutting & sewing on any type of garment since my schooling periods.I can practically operate all the machines in the production floor. I had a great exposure to work with Srilankan Technicians. Learned a lot of Industrial Garmenting Technology.
