During my internship at the Bank of Baroda, I worked on a significant role of Credit risk and appraisal officer at Bank of Baroda or BOB, is one of the largest government-owned banks inIndia, with a rich history spanning over a century. With the Advance and loans playing acrucial role in economic growth, BOB recognized the need for a robust credit appraisal andrisk assessment process specifically tailored to Retail and MSME loans. The Role aimed tounderstand and evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers, make informed lending decisions,assess the risks involved in lending to these entities, and effectively manage associated risks.

To begin with, An Organization can be defined as a human group deliberately and consciously created for the attainment of certain goals with rationale co-ordination of closely relevant activities. Organizations play a major role in meeting people’s needs, to provide them with adequate products and services. So, for that, a good organizational structure is required to coordinate the activities of an organization. Different firms play different roles and have their importance in contributing to the economy.
