 Maintenance and troubleshooting of different microwave transmission system  Responsible for bringing new site and Follow up with project team. TRX Addition on NOKIA BTS E1 provisioning for new and old sites. Coordination with UNINOR team,  Commissioning and fault finding of Transmission equipments like FIPA. Handling Customer related complains  Measure site VSWR fault finding & clear VSWR & RSSI Alarm.  Planning & implementation of ring and protection of sites. Responsible for Site Implementation, Media Testing, E1 loop break testing. Work with different Ceragon equipment like R1,R2 IDC,IDM. Find out the antenna orientation Change the antenna tilt (electrical&mechnical) KPI Improvement plan/working with poor cells Call drop/Handover fail/Call blocking/poor quality on daily basis. Analysis of poor KPI cells.  Analyze of High Blocking cells/power blocking. Provide RCA for dipped KPI and action plan for KPI improvement. Checking the Loop break of E1.

 Resolving customer complain. Responsible for bringing new site and Follow up with project team. TRX Addition on NOKIA BTS Responsible for all link(SDH & PDH) and traffic shifting. Swap and New Expansion of GSM 1800/900,  Commissioning and fault finding of Transmission equipments like FXC RRI, E1T1 FIFA. Microwave Link alignment 0.3 to 1.8m of both SDH & PDH.  Measure site VSWR fault finding & clear VSWR Alarm.  Responsible for clearing blocks & maintaining Quality in the respective zone. Rectifying daily BAD KPI’s etc. LOG IN TNMS, BTS, BSC, PNMT and check the status of all. Preventive maintenance of BSC and BTS sites of each month.  Giving the new e1 to site, tracing the path. Responsible for giving the RCA of site down Good Troubleshooting Skills.
