• In span time of 6 months Completed and inaugurated Global Technical Centre (Durability testing lab) in Chennai for Comstar. • Completed more than 100 DVP’s & PVP is testing for starter motors from Tata Motors Nano to Renault Kwid including FORD, ASTON MARTIN, VOLVO & GEELEY projects.• Installed more than 15 test rigs and environmental chambers and enhanced in- house test facility in a period of 3 years.• Saved more than one crore of testing costs in 5 years by reducing the out-sourced tests and made it in-house. • More than 10 online system process introduced and eliminated non-value activities.• Completed more than 6-audits (ISO, TUV, OSHAS, IATF and Customers) with Zero NC.• Designed nearly 50 test fixtures and fixture stands simplified for the programs for multiple usage and for the 5S improvement.

• Nearly 2-Years was responsible as customer support engineer (Resident) for Europe region and supported OEMS like VOLVO, FORD and ASTON MARTIN.• Reduced warranty costs of around 50 Lakhs in 2-Years.• Installed more than 20 engines for in-house testing.• Experience in more than 10- 8D’s and done more than 1000 test reports sign-off with customers.• Tested and implemented on time for VAVE and Benchmark ideas and contributed for cost saving ideas nearly 10 Crores. • Involved in 2-Wage settlement for Smooth sign of between Employees and Management.

Product Testing & PD Lab Facilities

• Successfully converted 2-engine test bed from manual to automated (Through IASYS).• Completed more than 7-engines endurance test for 1000 hrs. • In span time of 1 year worked and achieved engine performance from development to performance optimization for NA to TC conversion of SJ436 engine.• 2 engines benchmarked and components studied. Locally developed and implemented fuel injection components and casting components for testing.• 1-Engine test bed renovation and test rigs commissioning done within 6 months.• Engine’s preparation for ARAI, VRDE & ICAT for type approval & COP.• Was leading the AVL make engine emission lab construction and inaugurated the facility center in Chennai.• Ran 1500 hrs engine endurance for M/s John Deere engine and generated revenue of 15 L.• Installed water pump performance rigs in-house and made into use.
