Strategic: Developing, leading and implementing global strategic and innovative strategies for acquiring talent across the Companies, including new technology platforms (applicant tracking systems, electronic document management systems) and redesigned processes to allow for creative and cutting edge solutions.Working closely with HR and business leaders to proactively identify enterprise-wide talent needs and implement and build comprehensive strategic hiring plans focused on identification of key roles and building of effective talent pipeline to ensure qualified candidates are available to meet the needs.Leading, developing and motivating talent acquisition team to drive results to the next level, developing quantitative and qualitative metrics (cost per hire, applicant flow data, time to fill etc.) to ensure process improvement and using this information to identify trends, drive change, and assess overall department progress.Delivery:Identifying, report preparation on relevant recruitment performance metrics to improve candidate fit and longevity, use information to identify trends, drive change and assess programs.Providing management and/or employees with education and consultation pertaining to existing and newly developed talent acquisition processes and practices. Specifically, effective sourcing practices, job descriptions, recruitment, interview guides, and optimal on- boarding practices.Developing effective working relationships, communication and partnership with business leaders in order to develop, lead, and manage the recruitment process.Responsible for on boarding process, inclusive of reference checks, background screens and compensation requirements; manages the acceptance and declined offers of all candidates.Provides feedback with appropriate solution by working with the talent acquisition team for process improvements and sharing of best practices
