With over fourteen years of work experience in human resources, sales, and business ownership, I have developed a strong set of skills and competencies that enable me to effectively partner with various stakeholders, manage talent acquisition and retention, and drive business growth. My mission is to support the vision and values of the company I work for by empowering its employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and enhancing its performance and reputation. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked and studied in different countries and industries, and I speak three languages fluently.In my roles as HR Manager and HR Business Partner I have worked closely with the senior management and the business units to align the human resources strategy with the business objectives and needs and to develop business model strategies that compliment our company values while at the same time leading to financial growth. I have overseen the full cycle of recruitment and interviewing of potential future employees, maintained a database of candidates, and tended to corporate HR needs in the various departments. I have also handled the drafting of employment contracts, the organization of additional training, the hiring and dismissing of personnel, and the organization of teambuilding events. Throughout my career in HR I have recruited talent for the insurance, IT, transport, healthcare and energy industries.Additionally, my strong educational background in Political Sciences allows me to leverage my human management skills, deep understanding of the socio-political landscape and interpersonal relations, to resolve conflict and increase employee satisfaction and loyalty.
