I have overseen the full cycle of recruitment and interviewing of potential future employees, maintained a database of candidates, and tended to corporate HR needs in the various departments. I have also handled the drafting of employment contracts, the organization of additional training, the hiring and dismissing of personnel, and the organization of teambuilding events.
