Dr. Víctor Parejo Cortés is an expert on andrology and benign prostatic hyperplasiaHe has graduated in Medicine from the University of Barcelona and a specialist in Urology at the Parc Taulí University Hospital. Currently, he performs his professional activity as an attending physician both on the Taus Clinic group in Mallorca and Institut Balear d'Urologia i Robòtica. Dr. Parejo is a specialist in prostatic hyperplasia through laser energy, laparoscopic surgery and retroperitoneal surgery as well as in sexual medicine and andrology, developing his activity in public and private healthcare.Fellow of the European Board of Urology, he completed his training at St.Peter’s Andrology Centre of University College London (London, United Kingdom). He teaches Urology at the AMIR academy for the preparation of the MIR exam and he has been a speaker at national and international congresses. He belongs to the Catalan and the European Urology Associations and he is a member of the European Society of Sexual Medicine, having published articles in several national and international journals.
