Assists Asylum seekers in developing an Independent Living Plan by identifying needs and goals and evaluates clients progress on short- and long-term goalsPrepares a facility workshop and meeting with clients relative to goals ofSocial Services and needs of residents and works closely with other personnel assigned to residents.Schedules appointments for client with referral organizations and provide basic legal orientation.Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, escalating to shelter management as necessary.

Supporting and leading day-to-day operational support for the launch of new initiatives and/or expansion of existing initiatives including HumanitarianEmergency Respite Centers.Coordinating with various NYC Health + HospitalsManaging all aspects of the project lifecycle for assigned.Supporting leadership by ensuring they have all necessary operational and administrative tools and by proa escalating high priority issues and risks for their review as appropriate.As required, manage a team as required, overseeing the successful launch of sites or programsProvide supervision and support for 24/7 operations as required.
