Functions and Responsibilities: - 1. Customer Payments – Tracking, Allocation and Deductions (Cheques, Transfer Payments, Letter of credit, Advance payments for the customer orders.2. Credit Note & Debit Note process to the customers/ vendor on defects of the purchase/sales orders, sales promotions for marketing invoices & price supporting.3. Charges recurring posting like LC, Bank & Finance charges, Miscellaneous Receipts, Intercompany entries.4. Bank reconciliation statement to ensures the monthly transaction accounted correctly and make sure the Ledgers get tallied.5. Month end Closure – Month, Quarter & Yearly closure - (To clear outstanding debits from the customer like provisions & AR debits.6. Audit Supporting (To provide the supporting documents for the verification of Books, ledgers to the auditors.7. Multitask during month-ends to meet the deadlines and handle inter-departmental queries, finalization & closure of Customer Accounts.8. Attending the regular Huddle’s with Heads and discuss the challenges/escalations to close the same.9.During the month/year/Quarter end time working closely with connected team (Order processing, Order releasing team to ensure the smooth flow process to delivery within time.10. Reconcile the AR Report to clear overdue in the customer books. Follow up for the payment with the customer within credit risk and limit and reporting to management.
