I am streamlining the projects via coordination of various activities, including inhouse software development, SAP implementation, power project implementation, delivery, and customer support My noteworthy milestones include: Planning and execution of consultancy work which has earned approx. 20crores / year for three consecutive years from 2012-2014.  Successful Execution of tough power / smart grid pilot projects with compressed schedule and thereby earning revenue to the tune of several hundred crores during the period 2010-2012 and again from 2014-till date. R&D activities in development of computer interface systems for Disturbance recorder, development of e-billing software systems, GPS based time synchronising systems.
