Have documented and update the ticket with consolidated details of investigation during the time of ticket closure. Used Putty configuration tool to access multiple servers. And Used WinSCP tool for transferring files from windows to UNIX or UNIX to windows. Based on the incident, request and change tickets using Service Now ticketing tool and also close existing tickets.
