Salary negotiations, Reference checks and Appointment formalities.Joining Process :•Planning Induction program for new joining, maintaining Induction Tracker and resolve employee grievances post joining the organization & even at the stage of on boarding them.•Adhering to the Documentation Checklist by mentioning about the importance of documents to the candidates and cross checking documents as per the documentation checklist at the time of Joining.HR Operations/ Generalist ActivitiesHRM/HRD•Involved in designing & implementing HR Policies in the Organization. •Ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, orientation and development of new employees in the organization.•Handling issues of Payroll & Leave Management, Separation Process (Exit/Full and final settlement), Induction, Training etc.,•Handling the development and administration of Performance Management Programs in the Organization, including periodic performance reviews and appraisals for all staff members.•Maintaining MIS: Ensuring timely availability of all relevant and updated HR information including policies, processes and guidelines for the employees.Employee Relations & Retention•Implementation of employee friendly HR Policies including Induction, People Engagement Practices, Employee MIS Generation, Employee Grievance Handling, etc. to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
