Intensive searching utilizing tools such as database searches and Internet searches (CW jobs, IT Job board, Monster, Job Serve.Partnering with Resource Manager, Team lead, to fill direct client requirements.Understanding the Job Description, Finding the required technical skills from the JD and sourcing the candidates by different sourcing strategies.Prioritizing the direct client requirements.Taking initial interviews and scheduling meeting with Account Managers.Keep track of all documentation procedures.Identify, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for contract, permanent, long term,short-term and Fixed-Term positions in the areas of office support and accounting at various levels.Interview candidates, administer skills tests, review files on available candidates; prepare and submit resumes to clients.Negotiating Rate/Salary, pre-interview screen, coordinate technical interviews, post interview follow-ups, sending Contracts, sourcing resumes,job postings.Identifying new ways/portals/sites for searching Candidates based on the location and position.Keep track of all documentation procedures.Making follow ups with the client side and with consultants as well if necessary.Keep in touch with the consultant even after placements.
