Financial Process Outsourcing (Leading a Team of 5 Members for SME Companies)• Maintaining Books of Accounts as per the relevant Account Standards applicable to the Companies.• Detailed MIS Reporting (weekly and monthly status) to the Management on various Financial Aspects such as Collection status, Cash Forecast, Analytical Review, Statutory Compliance Review etc.• Engaged in preparation of Financial Statements as per relevant schedule and Accounting Standards. General Statutory Audit requirements including coordinating with the Statutory Auditor for proper completion of Audit.• Compliance with various Payroll statutory compliance such as Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Employees State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax (PT).• Preparation and filing of TDS returns for both Salary and Non-Salary, preparation of data for GST monthly returns, Preparation and Filing of Statutory ROC forms and other related secretarial matters.
