•Conducting daily fit seasons with buyers and designers to ensure the product is delivered both aesthetically and meeting high quality along with safety standards. Worked through PLM (Product Life cycle Management).•Educate the vendors to follow up and implementing of Quality SOP standards and CHILD safety standards in production areas. •Regular communication with suppliers and agent for quality and delivery.•Responsible for the technical aspects of all samples by following established company divisional policies and guidelines.•Carrying out detailed retail research on competitors as well as high end brand to gain a greater understanding of current trends, fabric/washes finishes and trims.•Giving guidance Vendor technicians on initial style pattern making and applying pattern corrections based on style details. •Communicate on regular basis to all territories for quality issues customer point, if any. •Giving Training for new jonnies for technical quality aspects & fitting related.•Reporting to Quality Manager (Concept) on weekly and monthly basis.•Having an open eye related to PRODUCT SAFETY aspects.•Visiting our stores to cross check product quality, if any issues intimate to vendor.•Providing base guideline specs to buyer for costing and new development.•Frequently traveling for new vendor assessment and inspections (visit: Indonesia, India and Bangladesh).

•Strong work experience from design to pre production – Sampling, fitting, grading. .•Ensure zero claim from buyer by monitoring inline right from samples until shipment by Obtaining required approvals proactively•SOP made for all section quality activities. Organize quality process from fabric to garments packing.•Analyzing style tech packs, releasing Tech packs for sampling, providing technical assistance, follow up to ensure samples presented promptly on time•Supporting and discussing with Production teams by providing all required information to ensure smooth flow in production.(Conducting PP/Pilot run meeting with all dept)•Responsible for Samples approvals from buyer .(Fit, Size set, PP & Top Samples )•Controlling quality at all levels by coordinating with quality dept. to ensure zero rejection level and getting the right quality product to the customer. Daily review problems with QC’s & giving corrective action plan.
