Scope: Designed a system to track, optimally utilize, and detect industrial trolleys within the fenced perimeter of an industrial plant, ensuring efficient goods transportation from a central location. Objective: Developed an architectural proposal leveraging the latest software technologies for industrial trolley tracking and utilization. Responsibilities: • Conducted research and analysis on asset tracking technologies, including GPS, Bluetooth, and RFID systems. • Proposed an IoT-based solution incorporating Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacons, LoRaWAN network protocols, and Dragino router gateways. • Designed an architectural layout connecting trolleys to a central server for real-time monitoring and operational optimization. • Integrated functionality to identify and deploy the nearest trolley for specific tasks.
