Sanmar Group is a half-a-Century old South based USD 1 billion entity engaged in manufacture of Speciality Chemicals, PVC, Caustic Soda in India and Egypt and also in the businesses of Shipping and Engineering. The Group is professionally managed with a strong focus on ESG. Was part of the team which was involved in the Debt Restructuring of USD 780 million of the Group's Egyptian entity - TCI Sanmar. Work involved interactions with PSU and Private Sector Banks, being part of the Joint Lender Forum meetings and actively engaged in completion of the Restructuring. This Restructuring is one of the fastest in the history of Restructurings under the RBI Guidelines. This Restructuring also was one of the toughest - Starting almost at the end of the first wave of Covid 19 and concluded during the Second Wave and amidst Working From Home.Successfully completed the same in June 2021. Thereafter, involved in fund raise for the Group entities including Chemplast Sanmar, Sanmar Shipping and Chemplast Cuddalore Vinyls Limited.

As Executive Director - Corporate Finance, was primarily responsible for raising funds for the Company from Banks / NBFCs. Successfully raised about Rs. 200 Cr including a Non-Convertible Debenture issue of Rs. 40 Cr from one of Inida's leading Bond Market Player. Apart from fund raising, additional responsibilities included Relationship with existing / New lenders, formulating Strategies for the Company, Compliances and working closely with the Regulator - National Housing Bank for Regulatory compliances and Refinance of loans.

AGC Networks Limited is part of the Essar Group. Worked as Director Finance and was responsible for all Finance related activity for the listed entity.

Firestar International was a leading Gem & Jewelry player in the business of manufacturing Luxury Diamond Jewelry and mass market Jewelry for the US and other Global Markets. Was CFO - Corporate Finance. Primary responsibility included raising funds for Working Capital and Term loans for the Company.

Was responsible for Raising funds across several Projects of the Group, raised Promoter funding in Promoter entities, raised Acquisition Funding for acquisition of Power Projects & Coal Mines in Netherlands and raised Term loans for Airports, Thermal Power Plants, Road projects etc. Refinance of USD 350 million for Delhi International Airport was a key achievement apart from the acquisition funding of USD 1264 million for acquisition of the Netherlands based power entity - InterGen - immediately following the collapse of Lehman Brothers. Was responsible for the relationships across lending Banks / Infra Financing Institutions. Was part of the Prime Ministers Committee (as part of the Group) for raising USD 1 Trillion for Infra and was part of the team which worked closely with State Bank of India to formulate policies for the Infra Debt Fund.

Worked as VP - Finance. Firestar International is a leading player in the Gem & Jewelry space with Global operations. Was responsible for Fund Raising - Working Capital and Acquisition Funding during this period. Grew the Working Capital limits exponentially during this period and transited from a Multiple Banking arrangement to a Consortium Arrangement.Got the leading PSU Banks to enter the Consortium arrangement
