JoeOllie Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC., is a woman veteran own business that delivers services for the region of Maryland and Washington D.C. As a solution-focused counselor/consultant, my goal is to help each person and community uncover their true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. As the founder/CEO I bring experience from both military and civilian positions state, federal and education systems that has allowed me to provide services, resource information to clients, businesses and communities. A former United States Navy aviation professional with experience in education and human development, clinical and rehabilitation counseling, human resources, training and career development. Strong, proven track record conducting seminairs/workshops, teaching, intakes and assessments, assuring cultural competency and delivering diversity training, effective employment development, retention plans, professional customer service, and successful operation management. As a former veteran of the United Sates Navy I was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Expeditionary Medal, Campaign Badge and Good Conduct Medal.In addition to my technical skills, I have demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
