Job Description :Process Management1. Understand and review of the existing process and system functionality 2. Drafting of notes for management approval and user communication, circular etc.3. Updation of Process Manuals, Process Audit Checklist & other reference material for users4. Implementation of effective controls to mitigate financial loss due to gaps / errors / frauds etc.5. Review the scope for automation of manual activities.6. Identify the risk / gap in the process & factors contributing to operational and accordingly design manual / system controls for mitigation of risk / gap.7. To ensure process/es formulated for specific function/s are sox compliant. 8. Seek & review feedback from CPU / Branch users, other stake holders including audit for process improvement.9. Reiteration of processes/procedures 10. Review Time and Motion for Operational Activities basis changes in Systems / Enhancements / Processes.11. Review Outsourcing activities at Ops Location.12. Ensure trainings to new incumbents and creating backups. System Enhancements1. Understand the user requirement / suggestion for system improvement and accordingly raise concept note with detailed system requirement for A) Development of new system /application/ in-house utilities. B) System enhancement in existing system /application/ utilities, 2. Review of requirement document / Functional Specification document. Sharing of feedback/sign off.3. Conduct system testing/ sharing of observations/bugs to BTG/IT.4. Understand the pain area in operations processingb.Analysis / time and motion study for operational activities.5. Calculation of branch productivity basis volume and number of staff. Branch Support 1. Support to Operations in process related clarification 2. Support to Audit Team / Regional branch control unit during their process. Branch Visits1. For hands on experience & process. Cost Monitoring Lending operations

Central Control Unit

• Preparation of business plans and projections as per plans• Analyzing business data and preparation of MIS reports as required by business• Branch expense monitoring and reporting• Reports for Incentive payouts as per policy.• Review standard (Budget) and actual costs for inaccuracies & ensure cost is within Budget.• Manpower planning (Capacity) intelligence report.• Report on periodic variances and their causes, focusing in particular on spending variances.• Analyze capital budgeting requests & finalize on financial year budget planning.• Act as an advisor to department managers in formulating their budget submissions.• Create a consolidated budget version for management approval• Actively participate in oversight on cost reduction efforts by identifying, evaluating and monitoring cost reduction programs and initiatives. • Compile key business metrics and report on them to management.• Create PowerPoint presentations summarizing the results of analyses and present the results to senior management.

• Planning models and preparing reports on staffing / headcount / seat utilisation reports.• Resource and capacity planning.• Planning performance management targets for the staff. Keeping track of process performance; providing solutions to Operations to improve efficiency.• Coordinate with departments for requirement and delivery.• Active participation in process improvements and automation/enhancements to current reports using Business Objects• Business analysis, build and manage production of reports and to support ad hoc business request. Perform initial review and reconciliation of the MIS• Provide design, development, production and analytic support for new and existing management reports• Pro-active involvement in assigned Projects both BAU and non-BAU• Manage report delivery on time as agreed with client

Main areas of work are Operations Analysis & preparing MIS reports for the process assigned through exquisite process & project study. Analyze & report Key Metrics that impact the client.Providing inputs to the Finance team for preparation of Billing invoices for all processes.
