• Provided intellect&vetted plans of architects for electrification, water supply, lifts& firefighting arrangements in high rise residential buildings for AWHO Housing Projects.• Controlled construction activities (Electrical, Lifts, Fire fighting arrangements and water supply) of 30 odd multistory housing projects which were under construction of AWHO.• As Administrative Commandant of a Military station administered and ensured security of a military station with 60 odd units, sub-units, detachments & institutions with 60000 population in an area of approximately 3500 acres in counter insurgent area. Looked after smooth & proper functioning of schools, shopping area, cinema and other amenities in the station.• Developed timelines, important staffing decisions and imbibing best engineering practices as Task force commander Border Roads Organization responsible for approximately 1000 km stretch of road in snow bound areas including worlds highest pass (Khardungla Pass) and also in in counter insurgency area at a subsequent appointment responsible for maintaining roads in J&K along the border with Pakistan. Managed almost 9000 men including 7000 labours and 200 odd road constructiopn equipment.• Trained the cadets for Republic Day Parade as Director NCC of Tamil Nadu, Andaman Nocobar and Pondicherry..• Assured operational readiness of men & equipment & security of the unit of field Engineer unit.• Validated construction of security fence 50 km long on the International boundary.• Maintained essential services and upkeep / maintenance of assets in Delhi Cantonment as Executive Engineer Delhi Cantt.• Co-ordinated and played a key role in all events in the Engineer Regiment as Adjutant of a Engineer Unit with approximately 1000 str.
