As a Market Manager, I am leading and mentoring a team of Recruiters while managing my own book of business within Kforce's healthcare vertical. Awards: - 2019 Top Vertical Delivery Performer - 2020 Top Vertical Delivery Performer - 2021 Top Vertical Delivery Performer and Diamond Club WinnerAdditional Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Liaison between sales and delivery team for appropriate job alignment, providing feedback on market trends, etc.• Utilizing job boards including LinkedIn Recruiter, Career Builder, Dice, etc. for sourcing • Meet with Hiring Managers to understand opportunity needs and qualify job orders • Assisting with scheduling interviews and conducting interview preps • Worked with internal teams to verify work authorization of candidates, as well as worked with 3rd party vendors on a c2c basis

Supporting one of Kforce's premier Healthcare client's, my sole focus and passion is placing top IT/Non-IT professionals country wide. Some of my responsibilities as a professional Recruiter includes, but not limited to: - Working directly with hiring Manager's to qualify job requirements, discuss candidates- Sourcing top candidates through networking, employee referrals, job boards, etc.- As the candidate's advocate, guide candidates through the recruiting process, including evaluation of skills and expertise, the interview process, salary negotiation, etc.- Facilitate the offer process and ensure pre-employment steps are completed in a timely fashion.- Manage consultants while on assignment; facilitate redeployment of consultants as assignments approach completion. - And most importantly, connecting with candidates, colleagues and clients on a regular basis to develop and maintain lifelong relationships, expand industry knowledge, and generate referrals and leads.
