CurrentIT Solution Development & Integration: * Collaboration with internal teams to define requirements, analyse business needs and participate in the development and testing of IT solutions. Integration of digital tools into existing processes, enhancing operational efficiency.Incident Management * Management and coordination of incident resolution with the IT Support team, conducting root cause analysis to address recurring technical issues and prevent future disruptions.Cross-Department Collaboration: * Being a bridge between business units and IT teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment on project requirements and integration processes.User Support & Training: * Providing general support to employees during digital integration projects, preparing user instructions and training materials, and offering direct assistance to resolve technical queries.Project Participation & Data Management: * Engagement in various IT projects, assisting with data gathering, requirement documentation, and coordination of activities across multiple departments.Mentorship: * Providing support and mentorship to junior integration specialists, providing guidance on best practices and helping them navigate day-to-day tasks effectively.
