- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales/purchase opportunities.- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and internationally.- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.

- Work to position for overseas students to meet requirements for graduation within appropriate periods of time while preparing them to meet future goals.- Working with faculty members at colleges and universities to create program requirements and curricula for new academic programs.- Counseling overseas students on academic issues such as choosing a major or selecting classes that will transfer to another school.- Conducting academic evaluations of overseas students, identifying any learning disabilities, and recommending accommodations such as tutoring or extended time on exams.
