The Ford Motor Company Apprentice programme is an Ofsted Grade 1 rated programme, with achievement rates in excess of 95%. The programme encompasses a mixture of Technical Engineering, ICT and non-technical learning pathways across various levels from Level 2 through to Level 6 Degree Apprenticeships. Currently delivering a combination of Frameworks, Trailblazers and now implementing Standards funded through a combination of Levy funding and employer contribution.
