Responsible for full life cycle of the scheme from recruitment through Programme design, on-going management to final Apprenticeship achievement. Responsibilities include Scheme design, teaching delivery and on-programme assessment, client management across multiple Stakeholders in a complex, cross-functional, multi-site organisation. The Ford Motor Company Apprentice programme is an Ofsted Grade 1 rated programme, with achievement rates in excess of 95%. The programme encompasses a mixture of Technical Engineering, ICT and non-technical learning pathways across various levels from Level 2 through to Level 6 Degree Apprenticeships. Currently delivering a combination of Frameworks, Trailblazers and now implementing Standards funded through a combination of Levy funding and employer contribution.
