Continuosly building my knowledge to drive the future!During my life I have lived in 8 cities in 3 different coutries, constant exposure to distict cultures made me resilient and good to manage different mindsets and knowledges.My carrer started with an internship in the beer industry while conciliating with my bachelor's studies. First challenge was to improove supervisors daily tasks as well as sometimes replacing them during their day-offs. I managed to have my first experiences with professional leadership and meanwhile learned and applied VBA programming in Excel to automate spreadsheets that were too manual.Before I finished my Bachelor I was hired as a Supervisor to manage a PDCA cycle on consumer complaints. After that one year period we managed to reduce in 40% the target KPI.In my free time sometimes I used to play aroud with arduino and learned a bit of C++ in a few projects, it was a lot of fun.After graduating I got aprooved in the corporate talent programm inside ABInbev and after a 2 month job rotation trainning got transfered to the south of Brazil, where I continued as a supervisor but with a different team and challenge.There the challenge was to help transiting the structure of the team to a TPM structure.After 10 months I got promoted to Coordinator with a different team. That was when I had to learn even more on how to work under pressure and conciliate daily urgent problems with long term strategy. Biggest challenge besides that was to change the mindset of the team to a zero tollerance on quality errors.The Pandemic made me rethink all my life and carrier. As a result, I put in my head to go abroad and invest in a Master's related with Innovation and Technology in a top ranking University. Future and current technological trends are everytime more disruptive and I knew that that spin in my carrer was fundamental to achieve the role I want.After getting accepted into TUM and starting my studies I searched for opportunities to get in touch with different fields of technology.As part of one of the Master modules I worked along with Kärcher in the New Categories area to discover new product opportunities during 2 months. During that we applied a few design thinking tools and resulted in 2 new projects that are currently being developed.As part of my Master's programm during May and June I did a Design Thinking course in Helsinki at the Aalto University. I am currently working with Prof. Wuttke on developing VR games on Unity for educational purposes
