Current• Assisting customers in managing accounts over the phone, responding to inquiries, and researching concerns and complaints to determine resolutions that met company policy and satisfied clients.• Conducting investigations into account discrepancies and concerns, troubleshooting issues with payments, billing, re-rates, network issues and equipment matters.• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all available products and services, including technical specifications and operations, to provide accurate information to customers, upsell services to meet the changing needs of clients, and assisted with equipment challenges.
