I come with a diverse background with experiences in the following industries: food, health care, telecommunications, automotive, transportation, retail, financial services, and pharmaceutical. I enjoy taking leadership roles and see challenges as opportunities. Currently, I am a financial services professional. I have a passion for helping people through education and services to supplement their retirement plan and protect their family. I utilize financial needs analysis and teach the concept of asset diversification to help people reach their financial goals. I am also enrolled in the front end software development bootcamp with Promineo Tech to strengthen my entry into software development.In regards to my leadership skills, I always look for ways to improve my leadership capabilities. I enjoy reading articles and content relating to how I can be a better leader and how I can better manage an organization. I am a team player and have experience in multi-unit management. I look for ways to improve company cohesiveness by implementing effective training and communication. I utilize KPI analysis to determine areas of opportunities to reach or exceed company objectives.I hope that my transferable skills, especially in my 10 years of management, will assist in my ability to be successful in the software development field.
