Current• Collecting inputs for projects (from Director/Clients/End Clients), estimating time budget for overall development (PLC and HMI), assigning tasks to team, verification of code and final handover to commissioning team. Estimating time budget, aligning it with the TAT provided by customer and keep track of project execution. Follow-up at every stage (FAT/SAT) and taking responsibility of project completion within budgeted time.• Document the requirement by making a Master sheet which includes details of application design, hardware details, software requirements, commissioning plan. Providing suggestion to client for better outcome.• Preparing Project Charter to mention the scope of work and list the key stakeholders.• To Design Stage wise Plan / System Architecture / Waterfall and follow the same till commissioning.• Ask for blue print (SOP) from the client before project execution to keep the scope of work aligned.• For new inquiries, plan a pre-sale support by visiting client place and providing them the best configuration to meet their requirements. • Visit sites to interact, guide clients and discuss overall scope of work.
