In this position, I was doing the same as in the previous position of Associate+ more complex ad-hoc reports and more meetings with business partners.I took part in the Citrix testing project, where I originally volunteered to be one of the first testers who had the task to go to the unknown environment of the new office and test all the possible applications in the unknown environment of the new Citrix, while no one knew what actually awaited us. As the project moved on, I became its important part and played a role of a bridge between our team and the Citrix project team, organising and managing testing sessions with our team members, reporting issues and ensuring that all the apps that our team use were tested properly.In May 2023, I received a Departmental Hero of the Month award for my participation in the Citrix testing project.I also took the opportunity to be part of the Office Moving project, where I served as the right hand man of our departmental Manager. My duties included attending the project meetings, project tracking (building a project planner), communication with various collegues across the company and informing our department about the project status (writing and sending out meeting minutes).For the last few months in this position, my team's main job was to hand over all our job responsibilities and know-how to a new team in Pune, India, which required a lot of communication, patience and cross-cultural understanding during a large number of video calls where we taught the new team all our systems and processes from scratch.

My daily work consisted of production of daily, bi-daily, weekly, and simple ad-hoc reports (using many tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Business Objects, etc.). Beside this, I was also doing many other ad-hoc tasks as producing and managing various trackers and self-service reports in MS Excel, production of Work Descriptions, organising team buildings, presenting to colleagues and business partners, teaching newcomers, etc.As the company has international and very multicultural work environment, most of the communication was conducted in English.After 2 months in the position, I took responsibility over monthly production of Bordereau report, which was one of the most crucial reports with significant business impact.I took a significant part in the Shared Folders project where my task was to migrate a large amount of important data, develop a project planner, timelines, presentations for stakeholders and procedure notes for the new storage process. As the main assistant of the project lead, I took ownership of many elements of the work and challenged the project direction. This project required from me a lot of brainstorming, strong self-motivation, learning new things, systematic and strategic thinking as well as leading presentations for multiple stakeholders across departments and seniority where required.In February 2023 I received the Employee of the Month award for Client Value.In April 2023 I was promoted to Insurance Reporting Analyst.For the period when I was in this position (Oct22-Mar23), I received the highest corporate rating (Outstanding), which only about 10% of all company employees receive.
