Managing support functions for 2 operations facilities. - HSE, HR, Purchase, Finance, Administration, Communication

Start-up of a wire production facility, a EUR 40mio greenfield project. Company legal director.

- leading a team of 5- coordination, setting targets, reviews- interviewing, selection of new team members- participation in Division of Investment strategy creation- key account managment (as in previous position)

- key account manager for the most important foreign investors (mostly German, Japanese and American)- consultancy of financial support and help with administrative problems of these investors- guide for companies in case of their expansion (location identifacation, financial support consultancy, potential suppliers identification, information service) - as a member of Cleantech and Engineering sector team – identification of potential investors or cooperation partners for czech companies and univeristies abroad (international conferences, trade fairs, roadshows)- monitoring of czech business environment, suggestions for improvements

- entire communication with both local and international promoters (arranging flexible rents according to the unique character of each show, solving problems of all kinds – technical or administrative matters, late payments, etc)- responsibility for all marketing activities of the venue, especially its new website www.tesla-arena.cz and advertising possibilities for promoters- supervision of ticket authorisation system of the venue (bar-code compatibility with different ticketing companies, turnstiles, staff)- leading a team of 5 and approx. 40 part timers, close cooperation with maintainance and finance department

-creation of complete ticketing program (single tickets, season tickets, promotions) for HC Sparta Praha – top ice hockey team in the Czech Republic-ticketing reports, statistics, trends and predictions-leading a team of cashiers-marketing aspects of ticketing – creation of information materials, leaflets, presentations for media cube, articles on website, all graphics concepts, etc -coordinating customer services, taking care of more serious complaints-administration of ticketing system (software)-cooperation and creation of promotional events for fans during ice-hockey games-research, questionares

- direct contact with fans of HC Sparta Praha – monitoring their wishes andproblems, solving problems, creating reports- participating in creation of promotions for Sparta fans- communication with official Sparta fanclub- selling tickets and season tickets
