Coordination and consolidation of planning of subsidiaries according to IFRS, Consolidation of PnL and BS, reporting to controlling company, Explanation of Forecast – Plan and Year to Year differencies, Risk reporting, Economical evaluation of investments, Creation of economical analyses.

Working with Excel, Oracle, EDW (ElectronicData Warehouse). Reconciliations of all Inventory andRevenue Accounts. Calculation of Backlog; Calculation of EOand CEU Provisions for Inventory. Creation of cost andrevenue journal vouchers – deferred, offline, adjustments.

Entering purchase ledger invoices and creditnotes into the SAP accounts payable system. Liaising withsuppliers for any queries, disputes. Provide financemanagement with aged creditor analysis. Reconciliation ofSupplier statements to accounts payable ledgers on receipt.Assist General ledger accountant with month end close andaccounts payable accruals. Checking employee expensereports prior to their interface from the Ariba. Liaising withemployees for any queries regarding employee expensesubmissions.
