I provided administrative support to Tiger Bay State Forest staff. I increased volunteer participation at Tiger Bay from 300 hours per year to greater than 1,300 hours annually. I assisted with the implementation of Tiger Bay's On-site Volunteer program and acted as liaison between volunteers and Florida Forest Service personnel. I coordinated the arrangements in our district for the 75th anniversary celebration of the Florida Forest Services, which hosted 15 partner agencies and welcomed more than 150 visitors.

I secured $19,000.00 in grants and oversaw two wonderful student interns in the development, implementation and expansion of the Grassroots Leadership Training program that targeted non-traditional volunteers in underserved neighborhoods.2. I co-facilitated the Volunteer Management Training Series which targeted volunteer coordinators new to volunteer management.3. I facilitated the monthly Gifts In Kind Center trainings for member agency personnel.4. I oversaw distribution of community donations to the Heart of Florida United Way Volunteer Center member agencies.

I coordinated and provided technical support to three panels of community volunteers tasked with reviewing social services agency funding applications and making recommendations for programmatic funding.
