Another project is the reconstruction of old building (built in the early XX century), where it will be an education institution – private University and private Secondary school. I participate as a Main Contractor and coordinate these construction sections: construction, ventilation, heating, water supply and sewage, electricity and lighting, low voltage and alarm systems and also finishing works.One more project - I coordinate the construction of the Ventilation systems, Chillers and Fan Coils, heating, VRV and also HVAC systems monitoring and control for the five river passengers boats (passenger vessels).
