• Responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and developing a department for Panel Shop building and a department for Electrical Installation to keep revenue with internal cost centers• Current combined budgeted revenue $17.2M• Supervising and managing 35 direct reports, including performance reviews, coaching & development, building team that can flex as business and projects dictate• Involved in overall company strategic planning for future growth, 5-year plan• Responsible for establishing companywide standards for electrical installation of material handling systems• Responsible for establishing quoting templates for electrical installation• Implementation of Toyota Production System in panel shop and installation department• Champion for continuous process improvement and consistency in all manufacturing operations• Interact with project managers to ensure client expectations are met for function, schedule, scope, and quality• Responsible for quoting, creating project budgets and material procurement.• Manage project assignments of all panel technicians and electricians• Achieve and maintain UL-508a certification since inception of panel shop• Work closely with EH&S on establishing safe site work practices, leading the electrical portion• Instrumental in setting up processes for all traveling employee with EH&S for COVID-19 pandemic • Responsible for planning and execution of successful relocation of department to new larger facility with minimal down time

• Responsible for multiple large controls projects in all phases of a controls project• Development and testing of new technologies to replace manual operations with fully automated systems - isothermal press cell robotics design, testing, and implementation to gain future market share and revenue flow• Development of efficiency tools for code and drawing generation• Component selection – research of industry standards and quality selection • Network, panel design, & ACAD layout – configuration of client’s systems and integration with industry standards• Tracking performance, schedule and budget compliance • Ensuring design of newly developed products and systems is compatible with marker needs and industry and manufacturer capabilities

Responsible for all phases of a controls project including: o Concept and researcho Design of customized products and systemso Project specifications, project documentation and project standards compilation to reflect customer’s expectations, budget, and scheduleo Organization and updates of bill of materialo Work with vendors and suppliers to define specification of components to be purchased, request quotations, negotiate pricing, coordinate and manage delivery and manufacturing scheduleso PLC/VLC programming; HMI taggingo After sales support - on site installation and debugging/device troubleshootingo Escalation of issues to upper management and working with same to ensure proper prioritization and/or additional resources are available to meet project needs
