Significantly increased the release frequency, previously averaging 1.5-2 months per release, now striving for a cycle of 2-4 weeks. Implemented a well-structured work planning process, allowing us to release new functionality while simultaneously addressing technical debt.Our team successfully completed the one-year roadmap by implementing numerous product features, requiring collaboration with the product manager, backend developers, designers, and other teams for continuous deployment. On my part, I coordinated the work, facilitated communication, and actively participated in the development process.We addressed technical debt by updating all major dependencies and environments (Node, Webpack, Jest, React, TS) to the latest versions, necessitating the refactoring of outdated and unsupported codebase.Currently, we are advancing automated testing to seamlessly follow GitHub Flow, enabling deployment with each new feature without building a separate release and undergoing prolonged regression testing.

Contributed to the preparation and successful launch of a new project for an insurance company. Stack: React, Redux and SagaAfter the launch, I actively took on numerous refactoring tasks:- migrating unit tests from Enzyme to RTL;- transitioning from Flow to TypeScript;Refactored a crucial form:- Described complex components according to WAI-ARIA guidelines to improve accessibility;- Covered the introduced changes with unit tests;I configured statoscope and webpack-bundle-analyzer for analyzing the build in the webpack configuration.Based on the results obtained from statoscope, I implemented several improvements that reduced the bundle size by 20%:- Configured proper tree-shaking for the ramda package;- Removed duplicated vendor packages from the bundle;- Adjusted optimization parameters by adding CssMinimizerPlugin;- Eliminated fixture files that mistakenly ended up in the bundle due to re-exports;Lighthouse scores are crucial metrics for us, and to ensure control and monitoring, we have automated this process. I added a GitHub Action that runs the Lighthouse audit with pre-authorized authentication using a Puppeteer script. To achieve this, I had to execute the audit in a Docker container with LHCI and Puppeteer installed.

In this position, I facilitated the onboarding process for two new team members, and for one of them, I arranged on-the-job training.I designed a small quiz functioning as a WordPress plugin. I delegated the development of the administrative part to the team and personally handled the client-side development using Svelte.Currently, the team handles their responsibilities with ease, and I have smoothly transitioned out of my role.

Company is in the field of digital promotion for construction companies.Most of my tasks included creating and modifying various client websites using the default stack: HTML, CSS, JS built with Gulp, and administrating them through WordPress.Achievements:- Transferred two clients' websites to VDS, configured nginx for them, and set up automatic SSL certificate updates.- Implemented continuous delivery using a self-hosted GitLab, reducing manual effort in uploading WP templates to client websites via rsync. Configured static file deployment for the taplink-pages (list of social media links) using the same script.- Improved CRM integration by automating the addition of new residential complexes to the website. Developed a PHP script that ran during integration initialization to markup SVG floor plans for an interactive scheme based on data about residential complex.- Reworked legacy JQuery application. This enabled the application to automatically determine the apartment identifier on the SVG floor plan for further bookings, executing this process on the client-side.- Accelerated page loading speed through image optimization: added support for webp format by creating a helper to extend the native image output solution from the WordPress media library. Implemented server-side processing via a third-party plugin that only required adding webp support to our VDS.- Achieved performance improvement by adding Brotli compression support to our nginx configuration.- During the development of a new corporate website, implemented efficient solution to save our site's search rank: used redirect with status code 301 for links from old site.
